West Texas does not do “just camping.” You bring the bikes. You bring the side-by-side. You want shade, a fridge, and a ramp that drops onto dirt, not a hotel parking garage. That is a toy hauler — and Fun Country RV & Marine in Anthony, TX stocks the Heartland Cyclone garage rigs built for it.
We currently have both flavors on the lot: a 2027 Cyclone 3913 fifth wheel and a 2027 Cyclone 2214 travel trailer. Same idea, two tow setups.
Why a Toy Hauler Makes Sense in the Desert
Open desert west of El Paso, BLM, national forest north of Las Cruces, dunes, and reservoir weekends all have the same logistics problem: the toys need a locked garage, and you need air conditioning when you get back. A cargo trailer plus a tent is miserable in July. A standard fifth wheel makes you tow a second trailer.
A toy hauler is one hitch, one camp, ramp down.
- Fuel cans, extra tires, and tools stay inside, not in the truck bed
- Garage converts to party porch or extra bunks when the machines are out
- You are not loading ATVs in a motel parking lot at 6 a.m.
Heartland Cyclone 3913: The Fifth-Wheel Garage
The 2027 Heartland by Jayco Cyclone 3913 is the big hammer:
- Price: $111,071 (new)
- Length: 40' 11"
- GVWR: 21,000 lbs · cargo: 5,229 lbs
- Sleeps 8 · 3 slides · 2 awnings
- Fresh 106 gal / gray 87 / black 87 — real dry-camp numbers
- 17 cu ft 12-volt refrigerator
That cargo rating is the spec that matters. Two machines, ramps, gear, and water add up faster than brochure photos admit. If you run a pair of 700-class ATVs or a side-by-side plus bikes, sit in the 3913 and measure the garage — do not guess from a phone screen.
This is a fifth wheel. You will want a properly set-up one-ton (or a serious 3/4-ton — we will do the math with you, not against you).
Heartland Cyclone 2214: Trailer-Length Garage
Not every toy hauler needs 41 feet. The 2027 Cyclone 2214 at $62,566 is the travel-trailer toy hauler — shorter, bumper-pull, still a ramp and a garage. Better for crews who already have a heavy-duty truck but do not want fifth-wheel height, or who camp in parks with tighter pads.
Browse both categories: fifth-wheel toy haulers and travel trailer toy haulers.
What to Measure Before You Fall in Love With a Ramp
- Garage length and door height vs. your tallest machine with the rack on.
- Payload remaining after water, people, and fuel — not just GVWR on the sticker.
- Fuel station and generator prep if you idle A/C at a dry desert site.
- Tie-down points and floor rating — toy haulers are not all equal.
- How the garage lives empty — ram patio, sofa, or wasted cave?
Bring a tape and the machines if you can. We would rather you know the RZR fits than discover it at the BLM gate.
Pair It With Marine (Yes, Really)
A lot of our toy-hauler customers also keep a boat. Fun Country is an RV and marine dealer on the same lot — bass boats and pontoons sit a few rows from the Cyclones. One conversation for the garage rig and the water rig. Parts for Yamaha and Volvo Penta live here too, on the site and on eBay.
Financing, Trades, and the Old Garage Trailer

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I keep the garage loaded while I travel with kids up front?
That is the point of the floor plan — living quarters forward, machines aft, with a door between. Always load to the cargo rating and secure fuel per the manufacturer.
Fifth wheel or travel trailer toy hauler?
Fifth wheel if you have the truck and want space (3913). Travel trailer if you need shorter length or already bumper-pull (2214). Tow vehicle decides more than taste.
Do you service toy haulers after the sale?
Yes. Service and parts are on site in Anthony, with mobile options. Desert use is hard on seals, A/C, and generators — we stock the pieces.
Come climb the ramps. Fun Country RV & Marine, 8800 South Desert Blvd, Anthony, TX 79821. Call 915-886-3500 so we can pull the Cyclone 3913 and 2214 before you drive over from El Paso or Las Cruces.
