WOW! Great experience. We were not actively looking to upgrade our TT over the memorial weekend to a fifth wheel, but after meeting a couple and them telling us about their experience with Fun Country we had to check it out. Went online saw the rig and the rest was smooth sailing. Our salesperson Dan was awesome, very knowledgeable, experienced and super friendly and easy to work with. We heard about Fun Country from some other campers during memorial day weekend in Ruidoso, NM. They went on to say how pleasant their experience was and how they have now purchased three RVs from them and to consider them as we transitioned from our TT to a 5th wheel. Well, we saw the rig, inquired and in a few short days had a new 5th wheel. Tammy in finance was so nice, patient and helpful in explaining and guiding us in the right direction. Dan, our sales person was and continues to be super helpful, knowledgeable and involved during and now after the sale with a few small issues we have had and is willing to make things right. Daniel, in service and his team have been friendly, courteous and great to work with. They have made every attempt at getting me in service soon as possible to fix any issue. These are great people, with great RVs. Tell your friends and family to check them out on their next purchase.

Anyone needing sales or service, I would highly recommend this place. Their staff is very appreciative of your business and was able to get me in for service right away. I would not recommend Camping World there very rude and seem not to give a shit whether or not you do business with them. They really didn't give me the time of day.

We called this dealership with a problem while traveling. We needed a new toilet right away for our RV. David found just what we wanted in their inventory. They had the toilet waiting when we got there and installed it right away. They were very professional and competent. When we were ready to leave, they warned us about a sandstorm developing in the area. We heeded their warning and found an RV park to stay in until the storm was over.

These people are the real deal. When our motor home required some substantial servicing, Cesar Molina and his crew performed outstanding service at a reasonable price and with a quick turnaround. Very friendly and professional. We highly recommend them!

We were traveling through El Paso on route to Tucson when we started to have trouble with our camper refrigerator. We called Fun Country RV's. They explained that although they were busy, to bring it in and they would do the best they could. Not only did they resolve the refrigerator problem, they answered many of our questions about other concerns and solved issues that could have posed a problem in the future! David was a wonderful teacher. He explained what he was doing, why and had us repeat it so we would know how to manage the problem. We were also interested in looking at a few fifth wheels. Adam showed us several and explained which would be best for what we were looking for. These people not only know what they are talking about, they do it with kindness and a sincere desire to help. We would recommend them to anyone.
